ZAC GRIFFITH “SPLIT” MUZZLELOADER HUNT

This buck has began to consume me. I first laid eyes on him over a month ago during archery season. I took a difficult shot and almost connected. He’s a massive, old high country mule deer with an awesome split cheater on his right G2.

This buck is exceptional, not only for his size and character but more for the unit he has survived in. He’s defied all odds to grow to this age and maturity and I can tell he’s not going down without an epic pursuit.
