DAY 5?!?!?!? You said there was only 4! There is only 4 workout films. Day 5 is for those that want/need more. Listen to your body. Are you done until Monday? Are you broken? Or do you want to keep going and growing.
I don’t always do a DAY 5 every week. Your body needs recovery and you need to learn to recognize what that feels like to you. If you know you can offer more this week then DAY 5 is the perfect touch-up to an already perfect week of training.
I recommend doing one and only one MANDATORY muscle group on DAY 5. CORE. I mean ABS and CORE. Go to the CHEST, TRIS, ABS film and repeat the abs routine but in a different order. Same lifts/reps/intensity just switch the order you do them in.
From there DO WHATEVER YOU WANT! Biceps are easy and you can hit several different curl variations. Maybe you back or traps feel like they have some juice left–blow them up! Chest, shoulders, dead lifts you name it just spend an hour or so lifting anything.
You will develop your own routine and learn to love the DAY 5 training. JUST DO NOT OVER DO IT. DAY 5 is the day to wipe out any touch-ups you feel necessary.
