Hard cardio is for Monday mornings. Rested from the weekend, your legs are hungry and want to get slammed. What better way to burn fat and lean muscle than to throw on your hunting pack (and all of its ingredients) and go hike! Hiking with a full, heavy pack will not only tone muscle, reinforce connective tissue and increase balance but it burns a TON of calories!
